As a Home Support Worker (NOC 44101), you will perform all or some of the following duties:
- Administer bedside and personal care
- Administer medications as directed
- Assist with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- Assist in regular exercise such as walking
- Feed or assist in feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Launder clothing and household linens
- Mend clothing and linens as required
Education Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Work Experience: Experience is an asset
Terms of Employment: Full Time / Permanent (30 to 40 hours/week), Paid Vacation
Compensation: CAD $23.00/hour
Work Setting: Employer's Home
Target Audience: Elderly
