As a Home Support Worker (NOC 44101), you will perform all or some of the following duties:

• Administer bedside and personal care as required.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Assist with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• Assist with regular exercise and mobility activities, including walking.
• Feed or assist with feeding as required.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to her needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties in the home.
• Launder clothing and household linens.
• Mend clothing and household linens as required.

Languages: English

Education Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Terms of Employment: Full Time / Permanent (30 to 40 hours/week), Paid Vacation

Compensation: CAD $22.50/hour

Work Setting: Employer's Home

Target Audience: Adult with High Medical Needs

Employment Conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible hours, On-Call, Weekend, Overtime available
