As a Home Support Worker (NOC 44101), you will perform all or some of the following duties:
– Administer bedside and personal care
– Administer medications as directed
– Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
– Assist clients with regular exercise such as walking
– Feed or assist in feeding clients
– Provide companionship and emotional support
– Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
– Prepare and serve nutritious meals
– Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
– Launder clothing and household linens
– Mend clothing and linens as required
Education Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Terms of Employment: Full Time / Permanent (30 to 40 hours/week), Paid Vacation
Compensation: CAD $22.50/hour
Work Setting: Employer's Home
