Work Experience: Will train
Job Duties:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, cabins, washrooms, and common areas to lodge standards.
Change linens, make beds, and restock towels, toiletries, and other room supplies.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, surfaces, and fixtures throughout the property.
Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing items.
Assist in the kitchen and restaurant if required at times.
Collect and sort used linens, garbage, and recycling for proper laundering and disposal.
Replenish cleaning carts and maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, and storage areas.
Report damage, safety concerns, and unusual guest requests to supervisory staff promptly.
Support the lodge team in keeping guest areas welcoming, organized, and ready for arrivals.
Other duties that apply.
Job Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, tidy environment.
Good communication skills and a courteous, guest-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and follow cleaning procedures and schedules.
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods as needed.
Completion of secondary school is an asset.
Must be legally able to work in Canada.
