Charles Manmohan Singh Chakal is looking for full-time and permanent 1 Home Support Worker Richmond, BC V7A 4K2. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $24.00/hr and 30 -40hours/week.

Job Description:

• Assist client with daily personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with administering medications (where allowed), ensuring that doses are taken as prescribed.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing.
• Assist with meal preparation, including planning and cooking healthy meals.
• Help maintain a clean and safe living environment by organizing and tidying up the home.
• Ensure that the home environment is safe and free of hazards to prevent falls or injuries.
• Observe changes in the client’s physical, emotional, or mental condition and report any concerns to family members, supervisors, or healthcare providers.
• Always respect the client’s preferences and privacy when assisting with personal care or tasks.
• Keep accurate records of the client’s daily activities, health status, and any changes in their condition.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions, respecting the client’s privacy and personal spa

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school required.
• Home Support or household management experience may be an asset.
