Description
Omax Auto and Tire Services Ltd is looking for a full-time and permanent 1 Automotive Service Technician in Surrey, BC, V3E 3A7. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part-time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 37.00/hr. and 30 to 45 hours/week.
Job Description:
- Communicate job details with the supervisor.
- Observe the motor while it is running.
- Check and evaluate work orders.
- Drive vehicles to assess performance.
- Examine automotive systems and parts.
- Adjust, fix, or replace automotive system components.
- Repair or change mechanical assemblies or parts.
- Verify repaired systems meet manufacturer standards.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Test and fine tune units to required specifications.
- Inform customers about completed work and upcoming repair needs.
Employment Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years
Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
