Now we are looking for the experienced construction carpenter!

Position: Full-time Construction Carpenter
Vacancy: 1
Main Duties:
– Interpretation and comprehension of drawings/blueprints and/or taking instructions from site superintendents.
– Performing layout, material take off, planning sequences and methods of work
– Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweights steel and other materials.
– Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
-Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures
-Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
– Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school
– At least 2 years of work experience as a carpenter.
Wage: $32.00 ~ $37.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30 ~ 40 hrs/week. 4 % of vacation pay.
Working Location: Various location in the Lower Mainland BC.
