Job Summary: Our production facility is seeking a specialized Pocket Setter Operator. This role requires high accuracy and attention to detail to ensure functional and decorative pockets are perfectly placed, symmetric, and securely attached to our garments.

The Job Key Responsibilities:
· Operate specialized pocket setting machinery or standard sewing machines to attach pockets.
· Align pocket pieces precisely according to garment markings, ensuring perfect symmetry on bilateral designs.
· Perform pattern matching when applying pockets to striped, plaid, or printed fabrics.
· Reinforce pocket corners with backtacking or bar tacks to ensure durability during consumer use.
· Maintain rapid production speeds while ensuring zero deviation in pocket placement or stitch quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Language: English required
· Education: Minimum high school diploma
· Experience: At least 1 years’ sewing machine operation experience
· Machine Experience (Required): Must have hands-on experience operating a Single Needle Machine
· Work Skills & Attributes:
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks
