Job Duties:
- Coordinating, assigning and reviewing the work of other front desk agents;
- Establishing work schedules and procedures;
- Coordinating activities with other departments;
- Resolving work-related problems;
- Preparing submitting progress and other reports;
- Hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies;
- Ordering supplies and materials;
- Ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and other equipment, and arranging for maintenance and repair work if/when/as needed;
- Performing the same duties as workers supervised when required.
Terms of Employment: Full Time (min. 30 hours per week); night shifts start at 10pm
Language of Work: English
Wages: $26.50 per hour
Education: Completion of High School
Work Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in front desk work
