Experience
No prior experience required; on-the-job training

Job requirements:

– Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

– Ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, bend/twist, and lift/carry moderate loads (e.g., up to 12kg).

– Willing to work in an indoor fast-paced food manufacturing environment with noise and temperature variation (including cold storage areas), and also hot areas such as by a deep fryer or steamer. 

– Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

$19.19/hour

Job Duties:

– Produce and process Chinese noodles and dumpling wrappers on the production line.

– Operate food processing equipment and follow established production procedures.

– Measure raw ingredients and load them into mixers, grinders, and other processing equipment.

– Load ingredients into food processing machines and remove finished products.

– Feed and unload noodle-cutting, wrapper-forming, and fortune cookie baking/folding machines.

– Feed flattened boxes into forming machines and construct cartons for packaging.

– Remove packaged products (noodles, wonton wraps, spring roll skins, fortune cookies) from conveyors and pack them manually into bags, boxes, or cartons for shipment.

– Weigh and label finished product packages according to company specifications.

– Check and inspect products and packaging for basic quality defects (e.g., torn wrappers, underweight bags, damaged cartons) and report issues to the supervisor.

– Clean and sanitize work areas, production equipment, and utensils in accordance with food safety standards.
