Tasks:

Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for mu!ns, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders

Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays Requisition or order materials, equipment andsupplies

Bake mixed dough and batters

Prepare special orders

Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff

Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards Operate machinery

Organize and maintain inventory

Co-ordinate special events

Determine the size of food portions and costs

Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization Requisition food and kitchen supplies

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or
