Description
We are looking for a well experienced Cleaning Supervisor for our workshop Zoom Restoration Services Inc. located at 3305 Charmaine Hts Mississauga, ON L5A 3C2, ON P7C 1B4 Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
• Coaching and developing cleaners
• Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
• Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
• Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
• Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties
• Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
• Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services if needed
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $24.10 per Hour for 30 to 44 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % vacation pay
