Education: Secondary (high school graduate certificate) or equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Setting: large volume bakery

Responsibilities: Task

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batter for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
• Requistion or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Prepare special orders
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Draw up production schedules
• Ensure that the quality of products meet established standards
• Operate machinery
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Oversee sales and merchandizing of bakes goods
