Overview

SHB Holdings Ltd. dba Subway is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Subway location on Granville Street. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, team development, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and food quality standards
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Handle inventory, ordering, and waste control
• Maintain health, safety, and food sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with Subway brand standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school.
• 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety regulations
