Job duties:

1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily front-of-house operations of a busy Balkan and Eastern European restaurant.
2. Determine service standards and dining room procedures to ensure efficient food and beverage service and a positive customer experience.
3. Recruit, train and supervise servers, hosts, bartenders and other dining room staff.
4. Prepare staff schedules, assign duties and monitor employee performance to maintain quality service standards.
5. Monitor revenues, control inventory of beverages and dining room supplies, and assist in implementing pricing and operational procedures.
6. Resolve customer concerns and complaints and ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, occupational health and safety, and sanitation regulations.
7. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of meals.
8. Negotiate and maintain relationships with food, beverage and supply vendors.
9. Arrange and coordinate private events, group reservations, catering services, banquets and special functions for guests.

Terms of employment: Permanent full time;

Language of work- English

Wages: $ 38.50 /hr, full time, permanent position – 40  hours per week

 Education: completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management. 

 Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service industry, including some supervisory experience.
