Description
Vandenberg Hay Farm Ltd, location at 232028 HWY 519, Nobleford AB T0L 1S0, is seeking a truck driver, class 1. English speaking workplace. Rural Area. Permanent, Full-time.
Wage: $37.50 hour for 40-60 hours per week.
Education: Class 1 driver license
Experience: 5-10 year truck driving experience
Duties: Hauling hay and stay (small bales, round bales and large square bales.) Loading and unloading bales with tractors, payloader or telehandler. Perform pre-trip, on route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspect of the truck. Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo. Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes. Perform emergency roadside repairs, if needed. Any and all trucking duties as required.
Must have a class 1 driver license. Wide load experience (12 feet wide). Must be able to provide a commercial driver’s abstract for 5 years. Valid passport.
Some overnights will be required.
