Wage: $37.00 to $40.00 per hour
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Benefits:

Job Duties:

Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including tempura, donburi, sushi dons, teriyaki, udon, rolls, and other menu items according to established recipes and restaurant standards.

Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes in a timely manner during daily kitchen operations.

Ensure food quality, taste, portion size, plate presentation, and garnish arrangement meet the restaurant’s standards before dishes are served.

Prepare ingredients for daily service, including washing, cutting, portioning, marinating, and organizing ingredients for efficient food preparation.

Provide guidance to assistant cooks and kitchen helpers on food preparation, cooking procedures, plating standards, and kitchen cleanliness.

Maintain inventory records of food, supplies, and ingredients, and monitor refrigerator storage, stock rotation, and ingredient freshness.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of cooking experience is required.
