We have opening for Restaurant Assistant Manager (NOC 60030) at our “A&W Canada” restaurant Winchester (MESC Enterprise Inc.) located at 5329 suite Boundary Road, Carlsbad Springs, Ontario K0A 1K0. If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you. Responsibilities will include Manage, direct and co-ordinate activities of team members in restaurant and drive thru while following all food safety guidelines and product standards.
Job Requirements
Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Direct and control daily operation
• Supervise 11-15 people

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
Salary: CAD $36.50 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Number of Positions: 2

Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS office, MS Outlook
