Job Summary:
Modhani Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Supervisor to lead daily operations within our food and beverage processing facility in Tillsonburg. This full‑time, on‑site role is responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, hands‑on experience in food processing, and a solid understanding of HACCP and quality control procedures. You will oversee production staff, monitor workflow, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives to meet company production goals. Key Responsibilities
· Supervise, co‑ordinate and schedule daily activities of production workers involved in processing, packaging, testing, and grading food and beverage products within Modhani’s facility.
· Organize workflow and establish efficient methods to meet production targets, ensuring alignment with company schedules and coordination with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams.
· Monitor operations to identify bottlenecks, resolve work‑related issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity, consistency, and overall product quality.
· Requisition raw materials, packaging supplies, and production resources to maintain uninterrupted operations and minimize downtime.
· Train new and existing staff on job duties, safe work practices, sanitation procedures, and Modhani Inc.’s operational policies.
· Recommend personnel actions including hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary measures to support workforce development.
· Prepare and maintain accurate production records, quality reports, inventory logs, and other documentation required for internal tracking and regulatory compliance.
· Oversee and support Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) activities by identifying, evaluating, and controlling potential hazards throughout all stages of the food production process to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
Skills & Knowledge
· Knowledge of food processing operations, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
· Ability to supervise production staff and maintain efficient workflow in a fast‑paced environment.
· Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to address production issues and maintain product quality.
· Competence in training staff on job duties, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
· Ability to prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation.
· Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
· Basic computer skills for production reporting and record‑keeping.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English
Education: A university or a college diploma in business administration or a related field.
Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years
