Description

We have an Opening for Shipping Supervisor at our “Cross Border Pickups Inc” located at 1300 Kamato Road, suite 12 Mississauga, Ontario L4W 2N2. If you have what it takes to succeed in this fast-paced environment, then this is a position for you.

Job requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Setting: Private Sector
 

Job Duties:

• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
• Resolve work related problems
• Recruit and hire staff
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Arrange training for staff
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
• Organize and maintain inventory

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to Detail

Hourly Rate: CAD$ 49,000 per year for 32 to 40 Hours per week

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
