Construction Site Supervisor

Emmanuel Supply Inc, based in Port Coquitlam, BC, is a fabricator and installer of quartz & granite countertops, serving builders, developers, and contractors across the Lower Mainland, Victoria, and Kelowna. We are currently seeking a Construction Site Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience in the field to oversee our projects in the Lower Mainland. This candidate must have completed secondary school, have excellent communication skills, be organized and knowledgeable, and be able to resolve issues that may arise during the installation process.

The Construction Site Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

– Visit the project site to familiarize yourself with the scope of the project.

– Coordinate, schedule, and supervise the various phases of the project alongside project managers to ensure seamless integration with other ongoing work.

– Ensure that laser measurements are completed and that the template is delivered to the fabricator for precise cuts.

– Ability to interpret shop drawings and sketches.

– Order materials and supplies and ensure their timely delivery to the site.

– Schedule the necessary labour for specific tasks and arrange for training if needed.

– Guarantee proper fittings, ensuring seams are nearly invisible and all finishing details align with the client's design.

– Ensure that projects are completed on time.

– Schedule third-party inspections as required.

– Prepare regular progress reports.

– Confirm that the final installation meets the design specifications regarding materials, finishes, and final touches.

– Address and resolve any issues that may arise during installation.

We are offering $37.50/hr, 40 hours/week
