Spani Developments is your total building solutions partner for construction on BC’s Sunshine Coast. We build custom homes, renovations, commercial projects, off grid, and dream getaways. Spani offers you a full-service team with 40 years of expertise under one roof. We’re currently looking for an Installer to join our team on our many projects across the Sunshine Coast.
- Position: Installer
- Work Hours: 40 hrs. per week
- Wage: $26.00
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Start date: ASAP
- Benefits: Dental Insurance, Extended medical insurance, 10 days of vacation (equivalent to 4% legally mandated vacation pay)
- Work Location: different work sites around Sechelt, BC and the Sunshine Coast area.

Responsibilities
- Install exterior prefabricated products
- Install interior prefabricated products
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
- Repair and service exterior prefabricated products
- Repair and service interior prefabricated products
- Determine layout and installation procedures
- Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
- Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
- Utilize hand and power tools
Experience and specialization
Area of specialization: this position will provide general support to all trades but mainly focus on assisting Carpentry teams with Installation procedures.

Requirements/Education and other requirements
- At least 6 months of experience working in a related occupation are required
- Secondary education is required
