Position Info:

• Position: Catering Service Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $25.00~$35.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 1 Progress way, Warren, MB R0C 3E0

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the catering service operations
• Determine catering services to be offered and establish operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Create staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure quality service
• Lead supervisory staff and conduct regular performance reviews
• Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies; monitor revenues and adjust procedures, service offerings, and pricing as needed
• Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Develop and participate in marketing strategies to promote catering services and attract new clients

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
