Job Title- Construction Supervisor Job Type- Full-Time, Permanent Wage Rate- $35 per hour Vacancies- 1 Start Date- As soon as possible Benefits-As per employment standards act; Overtime after 40 hours per week; the employee will be entitled to 4% Vacation Pay. Work Location- Various locations across Lower Mainland. Requirements- •Completion of High school •Minimum 2 years of work experience •Basic knowledge of English is required Job Duties • Effectivly allocate labour, equipment, materials to maximize safety and profitability and minismize costs and deficiencies., Effectively schedule projects to ensure deadlines are met on time, on budget, and on target., Provide full time on-site supervision., Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of helpers and labourers., Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environmentby following and enforcing standards and provedures, complying with legal regulations., Quantify and track all materials inclusive of ordering, inspecting and verifying shipments rom suppliers., Calculate, monitor and track all materials required for each projet ensuring no overruns., Stayibg up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction., Assisting with the recruitment and training of new workers, whenever necessary., Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required., Perform other duties as assigned by the conpany management. A retention benefit will be paid in the amount of $1000.00, first payment in the amount of $500.00 will be paid at 6 months of employment, and second installment of $500.00 will be paid at one year of employment.
