Job Posting: Our manufacturing department is looking for a skilled Flat Felled Machine Operator. This role is critical for producing highly durable garments, such as denim, workwear, and heavy-duty shirts. Wage: $19.00 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week

The Job Key Responsibilities:

· Operate flat felled sewing machines to create strong, enclosed seams.

· Feed dual layers of heavy fabrics (such as denim, canvas, or twill) through specialized machine folders.

· Monitor stitch alignment to ensure a perfectly straight and consistent double-stitch line on the exterior of the garment.

· Perform routine machine maintenance, including clearing lint, oiling parts, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.

· Verify that seam allowances are properly folded and entirely secured within the stitch line.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Language: English required

· Education: Minimum high school diploma

· Experience: At least 1 years’ sewing machine operation experience

· Machine Experience (Required): Must have hands-on experience operating a Flat Felled Machine

· Work Skills & Attributes:

– Strong attention to detail

– Ability to perform repetitive tasks
