ADO Media Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Services Clerks Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

 

Job position: Customer Service Clerks Supervisor (NOC 62023) – Permanent and Full-time

Vacancy: 1

Working Location: 400-111 2nd Ave S, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7K 7E6 Canada

Wage: $32.50 – $33.00 per hour (To be negotiated)

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (To be determined)

 

Job duties:

-Supervising, coordinating, assigning, and reviewing the work of clerks and agents.

-Overseeing tasks such as conducting surveys and interviews, compiling statistics, providing customer service, and handling correspondence.

-Establishing work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient work flow.

-Coordinating activities with other units and departments within the company.

-Preparing and submitting progress reports and other necessary documentation.

-Identifying training needs and providing training to workers in job duties and company policies.

-Ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and arranging for necessary maintenance and repairs.

-Performing the same duties as those supervised, when necessary.

 

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in a supervisory role, particularly within a customer service or clerical environment is required.

-Completion of college or industry courses related to financial or customer services may be required.

-Strong organizational and coordination skills.

-Ability to train and lead a team effectively.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Familiarity with computer systems and equipment maintenance.
