Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Fabric Cutter to lead our cutting room operations. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in pattern matching and proficient with advanced cutting technologies. You will play a crucial role in minimizing waste, maximizing fabric yield, and ensuring all subsequent sewing stages have accurately cut components.

Wage: $21.00 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week

Employment Type: Full-time

The Job Key Responsibilities:

· Operate automatic cutting machines to process large volumes of fabric.

· Perform precise pattern matching work across various fabric types, particularly for plaids, stripes, and repeating prints.

· Utilize high speed straight knife cutting machine and rotary blade cutting machine to safely and efficiently for smaller or specialized cutting tasks.

· Inspect fabric rolls for flaws, shading, or defects before and during the cutting process.

· Organize, bundle, and correctly label cut pieces for smooth hand-off to the sewing department.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Language: English required

· Education: Minimum high school diploma

· Experience: At least 1 years’ sewing machine operation experience

· Machine Experience (Required): Must have hands-on experience operating a Cutting Machines

· Work Skills & Attributes:

– Strong attention to detail

– Ability to perform repetitive tasks
