Job Summary: We are currently hiring a Double Needle Sewing Machine Operator to handle precision topstitching and structural seaming. The successful candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination and experience managing dual-thread paths to create perfectly parallel stitch lines on high-visibility areas of our garments.

Hours: 35 hours per week

The Job Key Responsibilities:

· Operate double needle sewing machines for topstitching, hemming, and decorative seaming.

· Manage and adjust dual thread tensions simultaneously to prevent puckering or uneven stitches.

· Guide fabric smoothly to ensure perfectly parallel stitch lines across straight and curved garment sections.

· Attach tapes, bindings, or specific trims using double-needle techniques.

· Conduct continuous quality checks to ensure stitch length and spacing meet design specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Language: English required

· Education: Minimum high school diploma

· Experience: At least 1 years’ sewing machine operation experience

· Machine Experience (Required): Must have hands-on experience operating a Double Needle Sewing Machine

· Work Skills & Attributes:

– Strong attention to detail

– Ability to perform repetitive tasks
