Job Duties

• Assess the characteristics of the company's construction, bridge, and infrastructure services to determine marketing and promotional requirements.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, government infrastructure programs, and client needs to identify business development opportunities.
• Monitor government procurement portals and upcoming infrastructure projects to identify potential opportunities and support strategic marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement digital marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns to increase awareness of the company's services and capabilities.
• Prepare, update, and maintain company brochures, capability statements, project profiles, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposal and qualification materials by compiling project experience, corporate information, and marketing content for government and private-sector opportunities.
• Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing metrics, audience engagement, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in developing and implementing public relations and corporate communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, government agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to support marketing and business development objectives.
