Benefits: overtime wage 1.5 times/hr if work exceeded after 40 hours/week, 5 days
paid sick leaves, 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
- Watering the plants and fields
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate and harvest the crops
- Maintain farm machinery, tools and equipment
- Find diseases in plants and crops and remove weeds
- Maintain quality of produce and prepare for market
- Sorting of produce
- Hand harvesting the fruits and crops
