Arman Transport Inc. Located at 9214 Saddlebrook Drive NE, Calgary, Alberta. T3J 0J9, is looking for Full time Permanent Truck Driver (NOC 73300) to be a part of the team to start work as soon as possible.

Wage/Salary: Negotiable $30.00/hr – $37.00/hr

Job duties:

  • Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform brake adjustments
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo


Job Requirements:

Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience – Experience an asset
