Description
Eight Tree Enterprises Ltd. is hiring a permanent full-time Salon Manager.
Duties:
- Engage and manage day-to-day business operations, oversee and assess the activities of services
- Ensure the salon operations comply with health and safety regulations and industry regulations
- Implement policies and guidelines for hairstylists and other workers
- Control budget and inventory
- Handle work-related issues and complaints, and report to the owners
- Promote services and create marketing campaigns to attract new customers
- Hire, train and supervise hairstylists
- Perform general salon work such as cutting, dyeing and permanent
Education / Skills and Experiences:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a hairstylist is required, OR
- A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Compensation:
$35.00/hour
Work Condition:
Permanent, full-time
30 to 40 hours/week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay, Tip, Group insurance, bonus depending on sales performance
