We're looking for an experienced retail store manager to join our team at the Windermere General Store- where we offer liquor, grocery, and fuel services.

Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
· Manage staff and assign duties
· Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
· Determine merchandise and services to be sold
· Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school
– At least 5 years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility.
Work Conditions:
– Wage: $41.83- $42.00 per hour
– Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
