DESCRIPTION
Oya Japanese Restaurant Sun Peaks is recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, supervising and training staff, preparing work schedules, monitoring revenues and labour costs, managing inventory, controlling food and supply costs, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall profitability and efficient operation of the restaurant.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant restaurant management or food service management experience.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Strong restaurant operations and staff management skills. Ability to analyze and manage budgets, monitor revenues and labour costs, supervise and train staff, prepare work schedules, manage inventory, control food and supply costs, provide excellent customer service, and organize restaurant operations and events. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
