Position Summary
Ebco Industries is seeking skilled Welders to join our growing fabrication team. The successful candidate will perform welding on a variety of materials and components, working from engineering drawings and specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: 7851 Alderbridge Way, Richmond, BC V6X 2A4
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $37.50 per hour
Number of hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding using processes such as MIG, TIG, and Flux-Core (FCAW)
- Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys as required
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
- Prepare materials including fitting, tacking, and finishing
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect welds to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with fabricators, machinists, and supervisors
Qualifications & Experience
- Completion of secondary school certificate
- 1-2 years of welding experience
- Strong understanding of welding procedures and safety practices
