We have opening for Food Service Supervisors at our “Domino’s Pizza” (The Zenith Foods Ltd) located at 717 Centennial Dr S Martensville, Saskatchewan S0K 2T0. If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job Duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Establish work schedules

Supervision: 3-4 people

Work site environment: Noisy, Hot

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, Walking, physically demanding

Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player, Dependability

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On-call

Hourly Rate: CAD $16 per hour for 30-40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
