Job Description:

This company is looking for two full-time Cooks (Sweet Makers) to join its team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian sweets and desserts, including barfi, laddu, gulab jamun, rasgulla, and ras malai.

• Create specialty sweets and desserts according to the chef’s instructions and established recipes.

• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, texture, presentation, and appropriate portion sizes.

• Operate specialized cooking equipment, including deep fryers and other sweet-making machinery.

• Manage daily sweet production independently with minimal supervision.

• Maintain ingredients, monitor stock levels, and arrange timely replenishment of supplies.

• Calculate ingredient quantities and production costs to minimize waste and control expenses.

• Assist in planning dessert menus and organizing sweet counters and dessert buffets.

• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Clean and maintain kitchen work areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma is required.

• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
