Job Duties

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Drywall Supervisor to manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subtrades, and maintain quality standards across our residential renovation and new build project sites in the Lower Mainland.

• Oversee drywall installers, finishers, and subtrades across multiple active project sites; establish daily work priorities, scheduling, and labor deployment.
• Conduct regular site visits (coordinating up to 6 job sites daily) to inspect progress, verify adherence to quality standards, and resolve deficiencies.
• Solve technical and operational issues on-site in real time to ensure project milestones and critical deadlines are met.
• Meet directly with custom home builders, general contractors, homeowners, and other trades to coordinate site access, project scheduling, and scope changes.
• Source, arrange, and verify the availability of necessary construction materials, service vehicles, and equipment for active sites.
• Perform hands-on drywall installation, taping, finishing, and deficiency corrections as required during complex project stages.
• Read Blueprints and drawings.
• Assist management in documenting completed projects for the company’s Instagram portfolio and online marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular operational and scheduling updates to company management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Secondary school completion is a must
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in drywall installation, taping, and finishing is required.
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in the last 5 years coordinating subtrades on construction sites is required.
• In-depth technical knowledge of residential drywall installation and finishing standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple job sites simultaneously.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• License: Valid Driver's License required to operate company service vehicles across project sites.

Location: The office is located at : 2535 Colonial Drive, Port Coquitlam, BC V5C 5X3. However, the selected candidate will be required to travel to various construction site locations within the greater Vancouver area.
