Cleaning Supervisor (NOC: 62024)

DOUGARD Limited O/A Service Master Contract Services

                  Job Duties:

• Oversee and organize the tasks of cleaners, including those specializing in light duty, industrial, or specialized cleaning, as well as janitors.
• Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to verify compliance with established safety and cleanliness standards.
• May assist in Recruiting and provide training for cleaning staff.
• Develop work schedules and align activities with other departments.
• Maintaining Financial Records and estimating costs.
• Handling Staff complaints and Grievances
• Optionally perform specific cleaning duties as needed.

Education:                            College/CEGEP

Experience:                        1 year to 2 years

Salary:                                $25.50 per hour/ 35 hours a week

Type of Employment:        Permanent, Full Time
