Description
Petro-Canada is a retail and wholesale marketing brand subsidiary of Suncor Energy. We are looking to hire an Assistant Sales Manager and would like to look for experienced and professional staff who can boost our retail sales volume.

Main Duties:
– Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales or of departments in such establishments
– Manage staff and assign duties
– Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and the effect of competitors' operations on sales
– Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
– Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
– Develop and implement marketing strategies
– Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
– Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
– Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school or at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the retail sales field is required.
Wage: $41.83- 43.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30 ~ 35 hours per week.
Working Location: 4921 Highway 93 Radium Hot Springs, British Columbia V0A 1M0.
