Position: Customer Service Clerks Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate, assign, and review the work of customer service clerks engaged in providing assistance to customers, handling transactions, and responding to inquiries
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient store operations
  • Resolve customer complaints and work-related issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Train and mentor new employees on job duties and company policies
  • Monitor and maintain the smooth operation of point-of-sale (POS) systems and arrange repairs when needed
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management
  • Ensure store policies and service standards are followed by the customer service team
  • May occasionally assist with clerical or customer service tasks as needed

 

Requirements:

– Completion of a college or industry-related course in customer service or business administration is preferred

– Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role is required

 

Working Conditions:

  • Wage: $30.00 per hour (negotiable), plus 4% vacation pay
  • Working hours:  30-40 hours per week (Full-time position)
