KF Restaurant Ltd DBA KFC Restaurant is looking for full-time and permanent 2 Cook at Richmond, BC, V6X 0A8. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $36.60/hr and 30-40 hours/week.


Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook full meals as well as individual dishes and items
  • Inspect kitchen facilities and food service areas for quality and safety
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe handling practices
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
  • Cook meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Oversee and manage overall kitchen operations
  • Determine appropriate portion sizes and estimate food costs
  • Receive, unpack, and properly store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage area

 

Education

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
