Description
Eight Tree Enterprises Ltd. is hiring a permanent full-time Salon Manager.
Duties:
– Engage and manage day-to-day business operations, oversee and assess the activities of services
– Ensure the salon operations comply with health and safety regulations and industry regulations
– Implement policies and guidelines for hairstylists and other workers
– Control budget and inventory
– Handle work-related issues and complaints, and report to the owners
– Promote services and create marketing campaigns to attract new customers
– Hire, train and supervise hairstylists
Education / Skills and Experiences:
– No formal education is required, but related certification is an asset
– At least 3 years of experience in a commercial hair salon setting is required
Language:
– English
Compensation:
$37.51/hour
Work Conditions:
Permanent, full-time
30 to 40 hours/week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay, Group insurance, bonus depending on sales performance
