POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Manager

WORK LOCATION/SETTING: Urban Location, Warehouse

MAIN JOB DUTIES:
Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs;
Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services;
Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems;
Plan and manage the facility’s operations budget;
Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility;
Oversee the warehouse and operations to maximize efficiency and accuracy, minimize waste and increase profitability;
Oversee inventory activities including but not limited to; rotation of perishable items, regular physical inventory audit and general ledger reconciliation implementing stock strategies in conjunction with the Purchasing Manager;
Forecast, plan and monitor daily production targets to achieve maximum quality assurance, accuracy, and efficiency;
Hire, train, and coach employees ensuring high levels of job performance, engagement, and team morale;
Attend and participate in regular management meetings;
Use appropriate communication channels to ensure effective and timely communication with team members and or the executive team;
At least 1 year of sap B1 experience wth inventory movement, accounting.

Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience
