This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position offering $37.00 per hour, with approximately 44–60 hours per week. The employer welcomes applications from newcomers to Canada and provides a supportive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
• Plan or adjust routes based on changing road and traffic conditions using GPS and other navigation equipment.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections.
• Monitor the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes and other equipment.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
• Complete required inspection reports and trip documentation.
• Follow applicable transportation, safety and workplace regulations.
• Maintain the vehicle and report any mechanical or safety issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid AZ Class Driver’s Licence.
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Previous truck-driving experience is an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to work early morning, morning, evening and night shifts.
• Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced transportation environment.
