Gurnav Enterprises Inc. Located at 232101 Range Road 283, Rocky View, Alberta. T1X 0K7, is looking for Full time Permanent Truck Driver (NOC 73300) to be a part of the team to start work as soon as possible.

Wage/Salary: Negotiable $30.00/hr – $37.00/hr

Job duties:

·         Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions

·         Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy

·         Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment

·         Perform brake adjustments

·         Perform emergency roadside repairs

·         Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle

·         Receive and relay information to central dispatch

·         Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption

·         Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo


Job Requirements:

Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience – Experience an asset
