Salary: $48.50 to $50.00 per hour (To be negotiated)

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (To be determined)

Job duties:

 Design, develop, and maintain our custom 3D virtual tour system used by real estate clients to showcase properties in immersive and interactive formats

 Develop automation tools and backend logic to optimize video rendering, playback speed, and responsiveness across browsers and mobile apps

 Implement smart media handling techniques, such as adaptive streaming, lazy loading, and intelligent compression

 Collaborate with front-end and mobile developers to ensure smooth delivery and integration of 3D assets and multimedia content

 Write clean, maintainable code using modern programming practices and version control systems

 Participate in performance tuning, debugging, and feature enhancement of core software modules

 Research and apply new technologies to improve company services.

 Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff.

Qualifications:

– At least completion of college in computer science or related filed is required, but a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering is preferred.

– Previous experience as a software developer is usually required.
