Job Duties: 

Clearlite Glass is looking for an individual for our Service Manager/Superintendent position for our Regina office.  This would be a salary position that would involve managing and assisting our site & service staff and getting them dispatched to the proper sites according to the project scheduling.

 

Duties would include but not limited to:

·       Oversee service department – Including small quotations on service work & small projects, meet with potential property management clients to expand sales, order material for work orders, dispatch service staff to complete work

Being the company liaison between the site workers and the office staff

·       Ensuring that all materials & drawings are ready to go to site with the workers

·       Arrange for materials to be delivered to site when field staff go directly to the job sites

·       Participate in the weekly scheduling meetings and ensure that we visit the job sites prior to the scheduled installation date(s) to make sure the site is ready for us to dispatch workers to the site

·       Daily site visits to our active job sites to ensure work is being completed correctly and in a timely manor

·       Advise the site workers of work schedule (expected durations, schedule changes, site changes, etc)

·       Ensure timely departure from the shop for field staff that is reporting to the office prior to going to a job site

·       Update Procore Project Management site photos, ensure site compliance of work is as per shop drawings, architectural drawings, & specifications

·       Oversee the Company Safety program and ensure compliance/buy in by employees

·       Manage supplier delivers and receive materials

 

Job Requirements: 

Previous Supervisory Experience is a requirement. No post secondary education required but could be beneficial. Construction and glazing experience is not required but could be beneficial
