Rice & Noodle Ladner is seeking F/T First Cooks
Position Info:
- Position: First Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $34.62~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 5217 Ladner Trunk Road, Delta, BC V4K 1W4

Job Duties:
- Prepare full meals and individual dishes following restaurant recipes
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory and order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
- Plan menus, manage portion sizes, and estimate food requirements and costs
- Assist with staff recruitment and hiring when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
- Language: English
