Description
Shop Easy Hagensborg supermarket is located at 1801 Mackenzie Highway 20, Hagensborg, BC V0T 1H0. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Retail Store Supervisor. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail or mail.
Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Wage: CAD$25.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate staff;
• Assign duties to retail staff and prepare work schedules;
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise;
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock;
• Order merchandise low in stock;
• Keep sales records for inventory control;
• Resolve customer complaints, issues and questions;
• Train staff and monitor staff performance;
• Ensure store front and the products are in clean conditions;
• Work on displays and signage.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
