Description
Sardis Bottle Depot is located in Chilliwack, BC. We are looking for a highly energetic retail sales manager to join and grow with our team.

<Duties>
– Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the company
– Manage staff and assign duties
– Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
– Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
– Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary
– Develop and implement marketing strategies
– Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
– Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
– Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
<Requirement>
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2+ years of sales management experience
Wage: $40.00~ $41.00/hour
Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.
Benefit: 10 days or 4% of gross income for paid vacation per year.
